Hello! Thanks for visiting my blog. Today, I will share my favorite most natural way to get rid of acne and dark spots from on your face. You can also use this mask on the rest of your body to get rid of body acne or discoloration on the body. It’s easy and inexpensive so here’s what you’ll need:
– 1 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1 tbsp plain (Greek) non-fat yogurt
– 1 tsp honey (pure)
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Apply to clean face with clean foundation brush or with clean hands.
3. Leave for 10-15 mins and then rinse with lukewarm water. Moisturize!
DISCLAIMER: This mask did not cause my face to stain however, every one is different and you need to wash it off thoroughly. It is also a natural mask, so in order for it to be effective, you must use it 3-4 times a week and be consistent.
Why these ingredients:
- Turmeric– lightens overall skin tone, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial (ACNE/LIGHTENING)
- Yogurt– contains zinc, lactic acid, calcium, and B vitamins which are all good for the skin (NOURISHING)
- Honey– moisturizing, will add rehydrate the skin naturally (MOISTURIZING)
